STUDENT EXPECTATIONS:

I am excited to fully commit to myself, my dream, my book(s), and the Self-Publishing School program. I am an action taker, and as such, I am committed to giving this program my very best effort. I am ready to get started and I understand that I have to put in work to see results. Once I get into my specific program, I will have a contract that I sign with myself to hold myself accountable to achieving certain outcomes, but this contract and the terms that follow signify the formal agreement between me and the company.

STUDENT ENROLMENT AGREEMENT AND TERMS OF SALE:

This Agreement is a legal agreement between you (here forth known as “Student”) and Book Bros, Inc (here forth known as “Self-Publishing School”). By purchasing a Self-Publishing School product, the Student certifies they have read, understand, and agree to this Agreement as well as the Refund Policy. All sales are final.

The Student also understands that this Enrolment Agreement is a legally binding contract when signed by the Student and accepted by Self-Publishing School.

In Simple Language: Book Bros Inc is Self-Publishing School. It’s that simple. We offer online education and physical products that teach you how to write, market, and publish books. Signing this agreement means we’re in this together. If you don’t sign, we can’t move forward.

PAYMENT:

I understand that I am responsible for paying Self-Publishing School in full for the purchased product(s) (listed above). All prices listed for Self-Publishing School products and services are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Purchases may show up on your bank account statements after currency conversion have occurred for your country of origin. The Student may lose access to the program and/or coaching if payments are missed or full payment is not completed by the due date. Payments delinquent over 7 days will be sent to debt collections. After five (5) days of non-payment, Self-Publishing School reserves the right to terminate the agreement and write-off the remaining balance at the Company’s sole discretion. Once a payment is written off, the Student will have to repurchase the product in order to gain access. Prior payments may not be applied to any future purchases. Finance charges will be assessed to all payment plans. Authority for payment must be given at the time of placing your order.

In Simple Language: You’ll pay your bills because you’re a good person and an upstanding citizen. If you don’t, there will be not-so-fun consequences.

NOTICE TO BUYERS:

You must be 18 years of age or older to sign this Agreement. Please be sure you read, understand and approve of this Agreement before you sign. If you are not 18 years of age, you must have your legal guardian sign off on this Agreement.

REFUND POLICY:

Due to the nature of Self-Publishing School’s programs, refunds for purchased products or down payments will not be given.

We are completely devoted to your success, and guarantee you’ll love our program. If during the program you need help or support, ask and you will get it via the the Student Success team using the team@self-publishingschool.com email. By investing in your business and making a commitment to yourself and others you are more likely to succeed. Because of this, the intimate nature of the group and limited availability of spaces in this program, no refunds will be granted after purchase.

In Simple Language: We don’t give refunds because we are devoted to your success and you are devoted to getting your book done.

ACCESS TO COURSE CONTENT, MASTERMIND COMMUNITY, AND COACHING PROGRAM:

Students will have access to the course content of their core offer products for life and use their purchase to publish multiple books. Students receive a “Free Trial” period (ranging from SIX (6) to TWELVE (12) months long) to the Mastermind Community on Facebook depending on the core offer product purchased. After the Free Trial, the student will be enrolled into a monthly or annual subscription to continue to have access to the private Facebook group. See CANCELLATION and REFUNDS of SUBSCRIPTIONS below for more detailsCoaching calls (unless otherwise determined / approved by your coach) expire after SIX (6) months from date of purchase.

Cancellation and Refunds of Subscriptions:

Monthly Subscriptions: The Student has THIRTY (30) days from the date of the original purchase to request a refund for your Self-Publishing School monthly or annual subscription. Any refund request after the THIRTY (30) day time limit will not be processed. The Student may cancel at any time after the initial THIRTY (30) days has passed. Cancellation and refund requests MUST be submitted in writing to team@self-publishingschool.com. Once a valid refunded request is submitted for a subscription, the refund process will take no more than 30 days. All refunds will be returned to 1) the original credit card, 2) the student’s PayPal address. International orders will be refunded back to the original credit card.

During any month after the initial month, the Student has 3 business days from the billing date to request a refund for that current month. If the request happens within 3 business days of the billing date, we will process the refund and your subscription and benefits attached to the subscription will immediately be removed. Any refund requests happening after this 3 business day period will not be processed, but you may cancel your subscription to avoid being billed for the next billing cycle.

Yearly Subscriptions: For yearly subscription purchases, you have THIRTY (30) Days from the date of the original purchase to request a refund for your Self-Publishing School yearly subscription. Cancellation and refund requests MUST be submitted in writing to team@self-publishingschool.com.

Terms of Subscription Renewal: Monthly Self-Publishing School Subscriptions automatically renew each month at the stated retail price until the subscription buyer notifies the company that they wish to cancel. Cancellation and refund requests MUST be submitted in writing to team@self-publishingschool.com. Annual Self-Publishing School Subscriptions automatically renew each year at the stated retail price until the subscription buyer notifies the company that they wish to cancel. Cancellation and refund requests MUST be submitted in writing to team@self-publishingschool.com.

In Simple Language: There are 3 Parts with any core offer purchase.

  • Part 1: The Course Content: You have access to the course content for life!
  • Part 2: The Mastermind Community: You have a free trial for 6-12 months depending on your core offer product. After that, if don’t want to stay, just email us. If you do want to stay, it’s a small fee.
  • Part 3: The Coaching Program: You have 6 months to use your coaching calls from the day of purchase.

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS:

YOU (THE “STUDENT”) EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE Self-Publishing School’s PROGRAM(S) IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. The contents of Self-Publishing School’s programs is for informational purposes only. By purchasing. you accept, agree and understand that you are fully responsible for your progress and results from your participation and that we offer no representations, warranties or guarantees verbally or in writing regarding your results of any kind. You alone are responsible for your actions and results in life and business which are dependent on personal factors including, but not necessarily limited to, your skill, knowledge, ability, dedication, network and financial situation, to name just a few. Use caution and always consult your accountant, lawyer, or professional advisor before acting on this or any information related to a lifestyle change for your business or finances. Please note that live group calls, webinars, testimonials, Facebook posts and/or messages, or other audio or visual services may be recorded and can be used in the future by Self-Publishing School for business and promotional materials or in conjunction with the sale of any products or services unless you specifically request otherwise. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree that all content presented to you within Self-Publishing School’sprogram is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws, and is the sole property of Self-Publishing School and/or its Affiliates. You are only permitted to use the content as expressly authorized by us or the specific content provider. Except for a single copy made for personal use only, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content or information from this site in any form or by any means without prior written permission from us or the specific content provider, and you are solely responsible for obtaining permission before reusing any copyrighted material that is available within the program. Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing in the program may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.

In Simple Language: Don’t try to steal our content and call it your own. We made it for you to use, not to copy. If you copy it, there will be not-so-fun consequences. Our lawyer’s name is Slade Cutter (seriously) and he said this document will stand up in court.

BESTSELLER GUARANTEE:

To be eligible for the “Bestseller Guarantee,” you must show us you’ve completed the entire Self-Publishing School program(s) (including documents and images proving completion of modules), written your book (book must exceed 50 manuscript pages), published your book in the Amazon Marketplace, in English, and promoted it using our EXACT marketing system outlined in the course and also show proof of all steps you took to market your book within the first 10 days of your book being originally published on Amazon.

If you’ve followed these steps and do not reach the status of “Bestselling Book on Amazon Kindle,” which we define as hitting a #1 ranking in your books’ category in the Amazon free store at least once, you are eligible for a refund of the purchase price of the course for up to one year after the initial purchase. You are not eligible for any other programs, add-ons, or subscriptions outside the scope of the original course to which this guarantee is valid. These policies and procedures apply to all Self-Publishing School products sold on this site or any other site owned by Self-Publishing School that includes a link to this page.

STUDENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:

The Enrolment Agreement and Terms of Sale shall constitute the entire agreement between the Participant and Self-Publishing School. The Student understands and agrees that this Agreement supersedes any prior oral or written agreements or statements and may not be modified without the written agreement of Self-Publishing School. I also understand that this Agreement constitutes a binding contract upon acceptance by Self-Publishing School.
